About Kenneth Hunter

Ken moved to California from Florida when he was ten years old. Graduated from Villa Park High School, Orange County, CA in 1976. People from the 80’s and 90’s think they invented fun, but it was us from the seventies who built the foundation of fun.

Ken lived and worked at an Orphanage in Mexico for 18 months not long after high school. Working as a a brick and block mason for several years before moving to Lake Arrowhead . CA where he began building difficult mountain home foundations and framing.

In 1985, Ken obtained his General Contractor’s license. Then he met a nice girl at church who kept bringing him food for lunch at his jobsites across the mountain. Lynn and Ken eloped and got married at the Hitching Post in Couer D Alene, Idaho June 22, 1989.

Three children and four grandsons later…Ken and Lynn moved down to the bottom of the mountain Redlands to be closer to her aging parents. Today, half of his sales are in Redlands and down the hill and half are still on the mountain. It works out great for Ken’s clients covering more territory with confidence.

Kens is interested in politics. In 2010, he ran for California State Assembly. He flopped, but received 3,005 votes. Today he is a taxpayer advocate and activist for commonsense government. I know…good luck with that.

Ken obtained his Real Estate Salesperson license in 1991 and then obtained his Real Estate Broker License in 1997. 246 closed transaction s later, he is stronger than ever in his career and business.

Ken is a Broker Associate at Re/Max Advantage in Redlands. CA and Re/Max Lakeside in Lake Arrowhead, CA.
